In accordance with section 94 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, I hereby make the Workers Compensation (Workplace Rehabilitation Services) Fees Order 2024. This order commences on 1 July 2024 and applies to a workplace rehabilitation service provided on or after 1 July 2024, whether it relates to an injury from employment suffered before, on, or after that date.
