In the matter of the estate of Karoly Benedek (also known as Charles Frank Benedek), late of Hellenic Community Aged Care, 2 Hellenic Drive, Dianella, Western Australia, deceased (“deceased”). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 18th day of April 2017, are required by the executor, Gregory James Spicer, to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Western Australia, by the 15th day of December 2017, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
