Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 august 2017, are required by the administrators australian unity trustees ltd care of po box 1194, west perth wa 6872, to send particulars of their claims within one month of today’s date to them, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
