It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northampton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 December 2020 for the purpose of— 1. Inserting a new additional use of caravan park in schedule 1—specified additional uses for zoned land in the scheme area of the scheme text for part of lot 101 glance street, horrocks as follows— description of no location additional use conditions land a4 horrocks glance street ‘d’—caravan park as determined by portion of lot 101 the local government 2. Modifying the scheme maps accordingly.
