It is hereby notified for public information that the notice under the above amendment no. 6 published at page 348 of the government gazette no. 24 dated 21 february 2020, contained an error, replace the notice with the following— 1. Amending the preamble and scheme details pages as follows— replace the first paragraph with ‘this local planning scheme of the shire of northampton consists of this scheme text, the deemed provisions (set out in the planning and development (local planning schemes) regulations 2015), the supplemental provisions contained in schedule a and the scheme maps. The scheme should be read in conjunction with the local planning strategy for the shire.’ …
