Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A (b) of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby close the following area of water to swimming between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm on Monday 31st December 2018 and from 11:30 pm on Monday 31st December 2018 until 12:30 am on Tuesday 1st January 2019— Hall Park, Mandurah. Area of closure: All the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located near the war memorial at approximately 32° 31.901′S, 115° 42.870′E. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
