These regulations are the liquor control amendment regulations (no. 4) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on 19 august 2017. These regulations amend the liquor control regulations 1989. In regulation 27(4) in the table insert in alphabetical order: liquor control (bungardi restricted area) regulations 2017 regulation 7(1); liquor control (woolah restricted area) regulations 2017 regulation 7(1).
