These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989. They cover electronic service of documents, consent for service, timing of service, and protected entertainment precincts in Fremantle, Hillarys, Mandurah, Perth and Northbridge, and Scarborough. They also amend fees for review of short-term exclusion orders.
