Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Katjara Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Katjara. The boundary of the Katjara protected area consists of Lot 71 on Deposited Plan 425596. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Katjara Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
