Temporary approval is granted for alternative requirements to regulations 20 and 21 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013 regarding movement of potential carriers from specified areas and intrastate movement of potential carriers into specified areas. This section 44 temporary approval remains in force until 15 October 2019.
