Under regulation 60 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013, two areas are declared quarantine areas until 18 May 2019: the area within a 50 km radius of the Kununurra Post Office (Kununurra Quarantine Area); and the area within a 50 km radius of the Wyndham Post Office (Wyndham Quarantine Area). These areas are declared due to the presence of citrus canker. Restrictions apply to the movement of citrus canker host plants and related equipment.
