I, Michael Charles Rowe, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, powers and duties under various regulations of the Environmental Protection (Controlled Waste) Regulations 2004, excluding the power of delegation. Delegation No. 120 gazetted 23 December 2014 is revoked.
