Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under the Environmental Protection (Controlled Waste) Regulations 2004 to various office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 167 dated 10 May 2024 is revoked.
