It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of dalwallinu local planning scheme amendment on 3 july 2018 for the purpose of— rezoning— – lot 1 rolinson drive, kalannie from ‘special use’ (su14) to ‘residential’ (r10/30); – lot 27 locke street, kalannie from ‘special use’ (su12) to ‘residential’ (r10/30); and – lot 137 hazlett street, kalannie from ‘special use’ (su11) to ‘townsite’.
