It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dalwallinu Local Planning Scheme amendment on 16 November 2021 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 McNeill Street, Dalwallinu from ‘Residential’ to ‘Commercial’ zone with an R10/50 density code as depicted on the scheme amendment map.
