It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of dalwallinu local planning scheme amendment on 15 january 2020 for the purpose of— 1. rezoning lot 148 leahy street, pithara from recreation reserve to townsite zone and apply an r2 density code over the lot; and 2. amend the scheme maps accordingly.
