It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dalwallinu Local Planning Scheme amendment on 12 September 2016 for the purpose of— amend ‘schedule 4—special use zones’ of the local planning scheme by replacing the words ‘structure plan’ in the ‘conditions’ column for su20 with the words ‘local development plan’.
