Robert Arthur Franklin, late of 1/[contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 4 July 2017 and 10 July 2017, are required by the executor, Timothy Anthony Panton, to send particulars of their claims to Jamiesons Lawyers, Suite 1, Lawton House, 105 Broadway, Nedlands, Western Australia 6009, within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
