I, Nigel Schofield, Executive Director Operations and Compliance, Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, pursuant to regulation 55AA(1) of the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995, approve the automatic location communicators listed in the Schedule to this Notice, comprising an automatic device as defined in regulation 55A(a), and computer (including software) as defined in regulation 55A(b) and specified in the columns directly opposite that device. The Notice of Approved Automatic Location Communicators 2022 published in the Gazette on 2 September 2022 is revoked.
