It is hereby notified that the following persons are appointed as Shire of Merredin Bush Fire Control Officers under the Bush Fires Act 1954, Part IV Division 1 Section 38. Chief Bush Fire Control Officer—Stephen Crook (Shire of Merredin). Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer—John Flockart (Shire of Merredin). Bush Fire Control Officers—[list of names and brigades]. As Fire Weather Officers pursuant to Part IV Division 1 Section 38(8)—[list of names and areas]. The Shire of Merredin appoints the following Bush Fire Control Officers as Dual Fire Control Officers pursuant to Part IV Division 1 Section 40 of the Bush Fires Act 1954—[list of names and shires]. All previous appointments are cancelled.
