Michael Charles Rowe, as Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, delegates powers under Part V, Division 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 to various offices within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, concerning clearing activities related to mining and petroleum activities. Delegation Notice No. 134 gazetted 25 January 2018 is revoked.
