This instrument amends the South Coast Crustacean Managed Fishery Management Plan 2015. Key changes include deleting clause 3, amending clause 4 to define 'south coast crustacean trip return', deleting subclause (4) of clause 24, replacing clause 30 regarding prohibitions on selling, purchasing, or dealing in crustaceans, inserting clause 31A for records and returns, amending clause 32, and replacing schedule 4 with sea lion exclusion device zones.
