The council of the City of Perth resolved on 9 December 2025 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Perth Amendment Local Law 2026 and will come into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Amends the City of Perth Local Government Property Local Law 2005 and the City of Perth Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2017.
