The council of the City of Perth resolved on 9 December 2025 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law amends the City of Perth Dogs Local Law 2025 as published in the Government Gazette on 29 April 2025. It includes amendments to clauses regarding interpretation, offences, and penalties, and replaces schedules related to kennel establishment conditions and modified penalties.
