The Minister for Works delegates, pursuant to section 5A(a) of the Act, to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the offices as described in Column 1 of the attached Schedule the power to enter into leases, licences, assignments, variations and surrenders in relation to public works (excluding government office accommodation) up to and including the values stated in Column 2 of the attached Schedule to this Notice. This Delegation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
