The Minister for Works, a body corporate under section 5(3) of the Public Works Act 1902 pursuant to section 15 of the Sunset Reserve Transformation Act 2014 hereby revokes the delegation from the Minister for Works dated 18 September 2014 to the Deputy Director General, Building Management and Works and the Project Director responsible for implementing the Sunset Transformation Strategy. This revocation does not revoke any delegation or authorisation not expressly referred to in this notice.
