It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 September 2018 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning a portion of lot 1724 Padbury Place from “Community (CM)” to “Residential (R30)’; (b) removing a portion of lot 1 Moseley Street from the Local Road Reserve and including it in the Residential (R30) Zone; (c) removing a portion of lot 2 McGregor Street from the Local Road Reserve and including it in the Residential (30) Zone; and (d) modify scheme map no. 5 accordingly.
