Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Edward Desmond Hume late of Unit 13 Lindsey Rise, Bentley wa who died on 25 january 2023 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of Edward Desmond Hume deceased care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury by 16 april 2024 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
