Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Mark Andrew Brooksby, late of [contact details redacted] on 15 august 2019 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the personal representative of the estate of Mark Andrew Brooksby deceased care of Young & Young, [contact details redacted] 15th day of May 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
