Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Jean Yesner late of Mandurah Coast Care Community, 83 Boundry Road, Mandurah, Western Australia who died on 8 October 2021, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the executors c/- Ball & Co, po box 1281, Bunbury Western Australia 6231, within 31 days of the date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
