Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Myra Fay Taylor late of [contact details redacted] on 1 January 2023, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the executors c/- ball & co, [contact details redacted] 31 days of the date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
