Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the Estate of Annette Marjorie Regterschot late of [contact details redacted] on 27.08.2021, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the executors c/- ball & co, [contact details redacted] 31 days of the date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
