Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Derre Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Derre. The boundary of the Derre protected area consists of Lot 81 on Deposited Plan 425821 and the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425820. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
