Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, notice number TR404 as published in the Government Gazette on 18 February 2003 is cancelled and swimming is prohibited within the Denham Boat Harbour area, Shark Bay. The basin area includes waters bounded by the shoreline and specified coordinates.
