It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Perth Local Planning Scheme No. 5 on 18 January 2024 for the purpose of— 1. Amending clause 1.6.2 as follows— ‘Where a provision of this Scheme is inconsistent with a provision of the City of Planning Scheme, the provision of this Scheme prevails, except where development is located within Special Control Area No. 33 Royal Perth Hospital Flight Path Protection.’
