Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 may 2016, are required by the executor, being john richard kinnear, to send particulars of their claims to earnshaw & associates, po box 2235, midland wa 6936, within one month of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
