Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 January 2019, are required by the executor, being Wendy Clarice Anne Rutkauskas, to send particulars of their claims to Earnshaw & Associates, po box 2235, midland wa 6936, within one month of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
