Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 January 2019, are required by the executor, being Wendy Clarice Anne Rutkauskas, to send particulars of their claims to Earnshaw & Associates, [contact details redacted] after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
