Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2nd day of december 2019, are required by the executor, being peter graham heffernan, to send particulars of their claims to earnshaw & associates, [contact details redacted] 1 month of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
