Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 may 2018, are required by the executor, being david alan earnshaw, to send particulars of their claims to him at [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
