Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Donkey Ridge Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Donkey Ridge. The boundary of the Donkey Ridge protected area consists of Lot 77 on Deposited Plan 426273 and the area labelled 'D' on Deposited Plan 425269. The Donkey Ridge Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
