Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close the following area of water to swimming between the hours of 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm on saturday 23rd november 2019—swan river. area of closure: all the waters within a 100 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 31° 59.071′s, 115° 49.746′e (adjacent to royal perth yacht club). this area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
