Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased zvonimir (zvonko) nikola puncec, who died between 4 october 2016 and 6 october 2016 and ana puncec who died on 23 february 2017 are required by the executor/administrator david griffith lang of care of macdonald rudder lawyers of ground floor, suite 3, 109 james street, northbridge, western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor/administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
