Exempts vessels approved by Venues West operating at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre from certain speed restrictions under the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, subject to conditions including safety, coaching, or umpiring activities during events, speed not exceeding 12 knots, and receipt of a risk assessment or safety management plan by the Department of Transport. Revokes WAMA—2023—206073. In force until 1 August 2027 unless revoked sooner.
