Exempts motorised vessels approved by Venues West to operate at the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre from compliance with speed limit regulations when operating at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre, subject to conditions including safety, coaching, umpiring activities, and speed not exceeding 12 knots. Requires risk assessment and safety management plan. Revokes WAMA—2021—204609. In force until 1 August 2025 unless revoked sooner.
