Exempts Venues West approved motorised vessels operating at the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre from speed limits under the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, subject to conditions including safety management plans and speed limits not exceeding 12 knots. Revokes WAMA—2019—203320. In force until 1 August 2023 unless revoked sooner.
