The Heritage Council of Western Australia delegates powers, functions and duties under Section 11 of the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 to the Strategic Planning Manager of the City of Fremantle, concerning land within the registered curtilage of West End, Fremantle (HCWA Place No. 25225), excluding certain classes of proposals.
