It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Nedlands Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 2 February 2026 for the purpose of including a new subclause 26(3)(b), inserting into Table 6 of clause 32, deleting proposed clause 32.7 in Table 6, replacing subclause 32.3 (1) and 32.3(1)(a), renumbering clause 32.8 as 32.7 and replacing the renumbered subclause 32.7(1), renumbering clause 32.9 as 32.8, and replacing the renumber clause 32.8, renumbering clause 32.10 as 32.9, and replacing the renumbered clause 32.9.
