It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of nedlands local planning scheme amendment on 12 december 2019 for the purpose of— inserting the words ‘local planning policy’ into clause 32.4(5) to state ‘in relation to developments that are not subject to the r-codes, where development standards are not specified in an approved structure plan, local development plan, local planning policy and/or activity centre plan, the development standards are subject to the applicable r-code’.
