Amends the original notice issued on 8 April 2020, gazetted on 17 April 2020, under clause 78H(1), Schedule 2 of the LPS Regulations. Issues an exemption from planning requirements identified in column 1 of the attached Schedules, for the local planning schemes specified in column 2, subject to the direct conditions specified in column 3, and applicable as a right to the persons identified in column 4. The notice will remain in effect until midnight, 1 May 2023.
