These regulations are the Planning Regulations Amendment Regulations 2020. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; Part 2 Division 3 on 1 July 2021; the rest of the regulations on 15 February 2021. This Part amends the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
